Hoof it for Horses Sponsored Ride - Saturday September 31st 2006

Following the success of last year's ride, we were very much looking forward to this years' ride. We were determined to raise even more money this year, so after some convincing, my sister joined us on her bicycle and helped to raise over £230 for the ILPH.

The weather was good to us again, and we enjoyed another sunny ride, which was a bonus!

Hoof it for Horses Sponsored Ride - Saturday October 1st 2005

After a fantastic ride round Comberton and the surrounding villages our first Sponsored Ride for the ILPH Hoof it for Horses campaign, proved to be a great success.

We badgered all our friends to sponsor as much money as they could and we managed to raise £180 which we sent to the ILPH for their Hoof It For Horses campaign, in return the ILPH sent us a lovely certificate which takes pride of place in the feed room. We've decided to make this an annual event and next time we hope to get our friends involved in the riding and fund raising too, so 'watch this space'.
