FacilitiesThe facilities at Orchard Rise are just what a small yard needs. The 12' x 12' stables are of wooden construction with half rubber matting, well ventilated and all in very good condition. One of the stables is a foaling box which we currently use as the feed room and tea room.We also have a secure alarmed tack room for all our equipment, 3 large containers for storing other items and a large barn for storing haylage and shavings. The grazing is set out into three paddocks and an orchard, which allows for all year grazing and rotation of the fields in the summer and winter. Our 20m x 40m woodchip manège is conveniently floodlit which means it can be used all year round. We have a selection of show jumps and various cross-country jumps in our cross country field. We are also in the process of converting our spinney into a small but fun cross-country route, which will include a number of natural fences.
